1. The demonstration is fictional

The TreatyWorks demonstration environment presents Meridian Re, a fictional Bermuda reinsurer. Its people, cedents, treaties, claims, financial figures and documents are invented for demonstration purposes. Any resemblance to real persons, companies or contracts is coincidental.

2. Figures are illustrative

Screens in the demonstration environment display capital, solvency, settlement, reserving and reporting figures — including measures presented in the style of the Bermuda Economic Balance Sheet framework and IFRS 17. These figures are illustrative outputs of demo data. They are not actual regulatory calculations, they have not been reviewed by any actuary or auditor, and they are not filings or disclosures of any real entity.

3. Regulatory-styled labels are demonstrations

Where the product shows labels such as coverage ratios, compliance statuses, or regulator-styled report layouts, those labels demonstrate product capability. They are not statements by, endorsements of, or submissions to the Bermuda Monetary Authority or any other regulator, and they confer no regulatory status on TreatyWorks or on any user.

4. No professional advice

Nothing on this website or in the demonstration environment is actuarial, accounting, legal, tax or investment advice, and no professional-client relationship is created by using it. Decisions about reserving, capital, reinsurance arrangements or regulatory compliance should be made with your own qualified advisers.

5. No reliance

You must not rely on demonstration output for any business decision, valuation, filing or negotiation. If you need validated numbers, they must come from a governed production deployment operating on your own data, under your own controls, reviewed by your own professionals.

6. Product claims

Descriptions of platform capability on this website reflect the current demonstration build. Capabilities evolve; where a description and the software differ, the software is the truth.
