Privacy notice

1. Scope

This notice explains how TreatyWorks handles personal data in connection with this website and the demonstration environment. It does not cover production deployments of the platform, which are governed by the data-processing terms agreed with each customer. During the private preview, “TreatyWorks” refers to the platform’s operating team; this notice will be updated with full legal-entity (controller) details before general availability.

2. What we collect

Contact data you send us — if you email us to request a demonstration, we receive your name, email address and whatever you include in the message.
Demonstration session data — if you are given demo access, we record sign-ins and in-app activity (which screens and actions were used, when, under which demo role). This is the same audit trail the product demonstrates.
Technical logs — our hosting infrastructure records standard request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and reliability.

The demonstration dataset itself contains no real personal data: the people, cedents and policyholders in Meridian Re are fictional.

3. What we use it for

Responding to your enquiry and arranging demonstrations.
Operating, securing and improving the Site.
Understanding how evaluators use the demonstration environment.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Cookies and local storage

The Site uses no advertising or analytics cookies and no third-party trackers. The only browser storage it uses is a display-theme preference and, for signed-in demo sessions, the session token — both kept in your browser’s local storage and removable by clearing site data.

5. Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as the evaluation conversation is live and for no longer than twelve months after it ends. Demonstration environment data — including its audit trail — is periodically reset; resets remove session activity along with the rest of the demo state.

6. Sharing and hosting

Personal data is shared only with the infrastructure providers that host and deliver the Site, under their processing terms, and where the law requires disclosure. The Site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States); request logs and demo-session records are processed on that infrastructure under Vercel’s data-processing terms. We do not share evaluation contact details with other prospects or third parties.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by raising the request through your TreatyWorks contact or the organiser of your evaluation session (see the contact page). Depending on where you are, local data-protection law may give you additional rights; we honour requests in line with the law that applies to you.

We will post any revision to this notice on this page with an updated date.
