Terms of use
Terms of use
Last updated: 22 July 2026
1. What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of the TreatyWorks website and, where you have been granted access, the TreatyWorks demonstration environment (together, the “Site”). By using the Site you accept these terms. Production use of the TreatyWorks platform is governed by a separately executed agreement, not by this page. “TreatyWorks” is the working name of the platform and its operating team during the private preview; full legal-entity details and governing-law terms will be published before any production agreement is offered.
2. The demonstration environment
The demonstration environment exists to show how the platform works. It is provided for evaluation only. You agree not to enter real personal data, real policyholder data, or any confidential production data into it, and not to rely on any output it produces for any business, actuarial, accounting or regulatory purpose. Demo credentials are provided for evaluation sessions and may be reset, rotated or withdrawn at any time without notice.
3. No advice, no reliance
Content on the Site — including capital, solvency, settlement and reporting screens — is illustrative. It is not actuarial, accounting, legal or regulatory advice, and it is not a representation about any real entity’s financial position. You should take your own professional advice before acting on anything the Site shows.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access roles, tenants or data you have not been granted.
- Do not probe, scan or test the Site for vulnerabilities except with our prior written agreement.
- Do not use the Site to develop a competing product, or scrape its content at scale.
- Do not misrepresent Site output as production output of any real reinsurer.
5. Intellectual property
The Site, the TreatyWorks name and mark, and the demonstration dataset are owned by TreatyWorks. You may view and reference them for evaluation; no other licence is granted by these terms.
6. Availability and changes
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it — including the demonstration environment and its dataset — at any time. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new date.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability arising from use of the Site, including reliance on any illustrative figure it displays.
8. General
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force. These terms are the entire agreement between you and us about use of the Site; they do not exclude liability for fraudulent misrepresentation.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms can be raised through your TreatyWorks contact or the organiser of your evaluation session — see the contact page.
